Getting started is simple. Send Willa an email (willa@wildflowercounselingpdx.com) or reach out through the contact form on the home page. You will be contacted to set up a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your goals in seeking counseling.

I currently see clients Thursdays between 9:30am and 6:30pm. I also have limited virtual openings on Fridays. My practice hours will expand in Fall 2026.

Not yet! I am currently in the process of applying to be in-network with several different insurances. In the meantime, I may be able to bill as an out of network provider or provide a superbill you can use for reimbursement. I also offer private pay options. Please contact me directly for more details.

You are welcome to contact me by email, phone, or client portal secure messaging via Spruce. Please note that I do not offer urgent or emergency services. Allow up to 2 business days for a response to any non-urgent communication.

My office is located in Portland, Oregon near Powell’s Books. I also offer virtual sessions to clients throughout the state of Oregon. You do not need to be located in the Portland area to work with me, but you do need to be located in Oregon for all meetings.

The building entrance is a black door off Oak Street in between Thai Peacock and Maurice. The building code will be provided to clients before their first in-person session.
Please note, the office suite is located on the fourth floor of the North Pacific Building. Both stairs and an elevator are available for client use.

Street parking is available with Parking Kitty. There is also a paid lot directly across the street from the office. Please allow time to locate parking when coming to sessions in-person.
Bike storage is available for client use at no additional cost. Please ask Willa for more details.

Yes! In-person clients are also able to help themselves to coffee, tea, and water while waiting for their session.
